Growing up, my mother always used to make these wrapped pickles for an appetizer at our Christmas and New Years celebrations. We would take deli meat, cream cheese, and pickles– and make a wrapped pickle. It has been years since we have made these wrapped pickles since my mom and I went veg about 12 years ago! This year, we decided to pull the appetizer out again— but make them vegan style!
