Portland, Oregon-based Voodoo Doughnut is looking to honor a local sports team with its latest doughnut innovation, the one-of-a-kind Portland Pickle Doughnut.

The Portland Pickle doughnut was inspired by the Portland Pickles' mascot Dillon the Pickle. It features peanut butter frosting, pickle chips and a Sriracha hot sauce drizzle.
