Urban Artifact -- a popular brewery in Cincinnati's Northside neighborhood -- is again releasing its Dill Pickle Gose. It first hit shelves in 2017, and will be available this year beginning June 25.
A wheat beer with a sour finish, Pickle is a traditional German gose brewed with 1,000 pounds of cucumbers, 2 pounds of fresh dill, 9 pounds of sea salt and 1.25 pounds of coriander per 30 BBL batch.
"Pickle was a fan-favorite from the moment it hit the shelves last year," said Scotty Hunter, chief of strategic development for Urban Artifact.
