We've come a long way since the days when snacking on pickles was pretty much limited to eating them straight from the jar - along with the juice if you're a devoted enough fan of the brine-fermented snack.

Now, restaurants, cafes and even ice cream shops are jumping on the trend. In fact, Fabio's Gelato, a family-run dessert parlor in Hertfordshire, England, has started selling pickle sorbet mixed with vanilla gelato - and it's sure to be a hit with all pickle addicts!!
