    Today Is National Fettucini Alfredo Day! So, why not give Pickle Alfredo a try? We already know dill pickles taste FAB with cream cheese and ham (think roll-ups!), so how bad good it be over pasta? Ingredients 1-2 Dill Pickles (roughly cut) 1 tsp Pickle Juice (more if you like thinner sauce) 1/2 cup butter 8 ounces cream cheese 8 ounces half-and-half cream 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tbsp real Bacon Bits (omit for vegetarian dish) black pepper (to taste) Directions 1. Melt butter in sauce pan. 2. Add cream cheese and whisk as you add half & half. 3. Whisk until smooth adding pickles, pickle juice, cheese, garlic powder, bacon bits and pepper. 4. Simmer until heated through. 5. Serve over cooked pasta
