I just put up three jars of sweet refrigerator pickles, and I am feeling the flush of success. It was the second batch. The first three pints are all but gone. We love the sweet/sour taste and add them to our supper plates almost every night.
The recipe states that the shelf life is about a month in the fridge, and since it only makes three pints, I think we’re good.
