    Spicy Sunday! Spicy Dill Refrigerator Pickles!


    3 small cucumbers (kirbys), thinly sliced
    1 cup white wine vinegar
    1 cup Cabernet wine vinegar
    1 jalepeno, seeded and sliced
    1.5 T dill
    2 cups water
    2 tsp whole peppercorns
    2 tsp ground coriander
    1/4 cup raw honey
    1 tsp Sriracha (or hot sauce/chili paste of choice)

    Combine all of the ingredients in a covered dish. Let “marinate” for at least 24 hours.
