Today is National Lasagna Day and one of my favorite things about lasagna is the versatility of ingredients you can use! Lasagna is basically a layered pasta dish, but what is layered in there is up to you - so why not add PICKLES
Pickle make a great substitution for Zucchini (found in many lasagna recipes), I would add thin whole pickle slices in each layer, and some chopped pickle on top.
Pickles would go great with either a ground beef or chicken filling!
