I know it's not Fry-day! But, It is National Pancake Day, so what's better than pancakes? Pickles FRIED with Pancake Batter!!! These fried Pickles are too easy...
Easiest fried pickles ever. Pancake batter mix, and water. Dip pickles in batter, and fry in skillet with 1/4" oil on medium high heat. Dipping sauce: mayo, ketchup until light pink and season. Done.
