One of my favorite snacks to munch on are pickles. Making your own pickles could not be easier. When we lived on the farm we had an abundance of cucumbers, my wife made pickles a lot. We made many different varieties like sun pickles, probiotic pickles and sour pickles. The horseradish we grew in the garlic was a big part of pickle making.
Did you know that cucumbers are healthy too. Men need hydration just as much as the ladies do. Cucumber’s have 96% water content which helps in keeping the body hydrated and regulating body temperature. It also helps in flushing out the toxins from the body.
