    Happy Raisin & Spice Day! The perfect excuse to try this spicy Raisin Pickle recipe!! RECIPE: Raisins.. California sun dried raisins:200gm ginger:50gm chopped very fine garlic:50gm chopped fine green chillies:50gm..chopped fine in to rounds Chilli powder:2 tsp turmeric powder:1 tsp Sugar:2 tbl spoon salt Vinegar:3/4 cup Mustard seeds:1 tbl spoon oil:2 tbl spn heat oil, add mustard, when it finished spluttering, add the ginger, garlic and the green chillies, when it is slightly browned, reduce the fire to low, add the raisins and the chilli and turmeric powder.. Continue to stir for another 5 mints. take it off from fire, add the salt, vinegar and sugar.
