You know those times you want to go somewhere to get that food that you’ve been craving for days? Around here it’s the deep fried pickles. VIP movies, date nights and dinners out usually involve some deep fried picked delicious – so I decided to do a bit of searching and try a few recipes to find the best one.
I tried deep fried pickles with cornmeal breading (above) and they were just okay, I tried flour and wasn’t impressed. Finally, I tried this easy recipe with panko and found a great combination.
